About Us
Bill and Lydia Burns opened the doors to the Frame Factory and Gallery in South Tampa at 3202 S. Westshore Boulevard and have been in the same location since July of 1976. Originally a do-it-yourself and custom picture framing shop we had so much fun working with our customers! We were the first customer hands-on framing shop in Tampa. Over the years, our reputation and clientele have grown significantly, and we are proud to serve generations of customers not only from the Tampa Bay area but also throughout the State of Florida, and beyond state lines.

Yes, we are proud to say that we have the best selection of over 5,000 frames and samples in the Tampa Bay area. With such large range, we are quite sure to have styles and prices to fit everyone's budget. Our prices are lower than big box stores because of our buying power and great relationships with our vendors. All work is done in house in our 3,000 sq. ft. production area. We custom assemble every frame individually on the premises with care and professional expertise.

We use only the best manufacturers of mouldings, conservation mat boards, and materials on the market. Also, we carry a large variety of glazing choices from basic Regular Glass to Non Glare, UV Filtering Conservation Glass, Museum Glass, Acrylics, Mirrors and more.
